REGULATION ON DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

The administrator of your personal data is SP EUROPE SP. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-495) at ul. Bohaterów Warszawy 23/2. You can contact us by traditional mail or by sending an e-mail to info@speurope.pl.
If you have not provided us with your personal data, it means that we have obtained them from publicly available sources, such as websites, business databases or public registers (KRS – National Court Register, CEiDG – Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity).
You have the right to access your personal data, correct them, request their deletion, as well as the right to restrict data processing and transfer, and in certain cases, also to object to the processing of personal data. If you believe that the data are being processed in violation of the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely, with the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Your data are processed in order to maintain contact with you, to exchange correspondence, as well as to carry out our marketing activities, and subject to your consent, also to offer you cooperation or to send information that in our opinion may be of interest to you.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 let. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR). Our legitimate interest in the processing of your data is to contact you, as well as to market our activities and services and to undertake promotional activities. If you consent to us sending offers and information, the legal basis for the processing will also be Art. 6 para. 1 let. a of the GDPR, and if you decide to cooperate with us, then Art. 6 para. 1 let. b and c of the GDPR.
Your data may only be processed for the time necessary to achieve our purposes set out in cl. IV above, and thereafter, for the time necessary to prove the correct fulfilment of our obligations (usually this is the limitation period for claims and obligations). If the basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, your data will be processed until their withdrawal. As to possible direct marketing, your data will only be processed for the duration of such marketing activities or until your objection.
We may process the following types of your personal data:
given name(s) and surname, PESEL number (for authorized representatives),
duties performed in a company represented (for authorized representatives),
job title,
e-mail,
contact phone number.
Your data may be transferred to entities that host our data, service contractors, legal offices, courier companies and the Polish Post, as well as entities authorized by law and other entities processing data for us on the basis of the relevant entrustment agreements on personal data processing. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area as part of our use of the IT infrastructure (cloud services, e-mail). In this case, the data transfer will take place using the Standard Contractual Clauses. In other cases, your data may be transferred to third countries as specified in the GDPR.
You will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data in the following cases:
1) if we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests, this requires a justification for your particular case.
2) if we process your data for direct marketing, then at any time, without the need for justification.
