Head of Sales

Now we are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales development in the EU countries;
  • Formation and execution of sales plans;
  • Building relationships with potential clients, support of key clients of the company;
  • Formation and analysis of the customer base, attraction and development;
  • Creating reports, maintaining regular reporting;
  • Planning, organization and control of the activities of subordinate units and employees;

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge in the field of international sales;
  • Experience in sales and personnel management from 3 years in large companies;
  • Experience of sales development in foreign countries;
  • Effective negotiation skills;
  • Experience with CRM systems – SAP CRM, SAP BW, and Excel;
  • Knowledge of Russian C2 and English at least B2;
  • Excellent negotiation skills, flexibility, initiative,
  • The ability to find compromises with different categories of people
