Head of Sales Department

Responsibilities:
• Development of distribution for Stellox spare parts, Areol oils, and Edcon batteries across Europe;
• Creation and execution of sales plans;
• Building relationships with potential clients and supporting key company clients;
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of subordinate departments and employees;
• Project and change management, implementation of new sales tools and channels.

Expectations:
• Knowledge of B2B, the automotive market, and international trade;
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and personnel management in large companies;
• Experience working with CRM systems such as SAP CRM, SAP BW, and Excel;
• Excellent English skills; knowledge of Russian and other foreign languages is an advantage;
• Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and initiative.
