Specialist in inventory movement

Responsibilities:

• Checking transport documents for goods received for storage;
• Calculating warehouse service costs for goods accepted into storage;
• Issuing invoices for warehouse and logistics services;
• Preparing transport documents for sales and movement of company-owned goods;
• Recording goods movement operations;
• Good organizational skills and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Polish at A2 level and Russian (spoken and written) at least at B1 level;
• Basic accounting knowledge;
• Knowledge of tax and warehouse accounting regulations;
• Experience with Optima, SAP is desirable but optional;
• Proficiency in using a computer and knowledge of Excel and Word.
