Legal Adviser

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Legal services for contractual relations with counterparties at the stage of conclusion, amendment and termination of contracts, including contracts with foreign counterparties;
• Legal service for employer-employee relationship with the company’s personnel;
• Preparation of documents for obtaining all types of permits;
• Conducting claim-related work in the company: drafting complaints and lawsuits;
• Representing and defending the company’s interests before law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, government bodies and organisations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Polish civil and administrative law, basic EU directives;
• Knowledge of ways of doing business abroad;
• Knowledge of retail procedures;
• Knowledge of labour law;
• Knowledge of business communication principles;
• Russian language skills: spelling, punctuation and stylistics;
• Excellent MS Office and Internet skills, ability to work within the Polish legal framework;
• Higher education (universities of Poland);
• Job-related experience of at least 2 years
