RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing and managing the recruitment and onboarding process;
- Ensuring HR files and records maintenance in accordance with the current statutory provisions of the Republic of Poland;
- Implementing the employee evaluation system, developing evaluation criteria and methods, organizing employee performance reviews;
- Payroll planning, management and control and participating in the creation of employee incentive schemes;
- Participating in the development of intangible incentives for employees;
- Organizing the process of internal and external training of employees;
- Carrying out activities related to the formation and development of the company’s talent pool;
- Conducting employee engagement and satisfaction surveys;
- Participating in the development of the HR brand;
- Gathering and analysing data with useful HR metrics (HR management);
- Budget for personnel costs;
- Developing norms and regulations in the field of HR management;
- Advising managers on HR issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Command of Polish, Russian (both oral and written), conversational English;
- Proven experience as HR Generalist;
- Managing a small team;
- Maintaining a positive working environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- MS Office skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Analytical skills and proactive attitude
