HR Generalist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing and managing the recruitment and onboarding process;
  • Ensuring HR files and records maintenance in accordance with the current statutory provisions of the Republic of Poland;
  • Implementing the employee evaluation system, developing evaluation criteria and methods, organizing employee performance reviews;
  • Payroll planning, management and control and participating in the creation of employee incentive schemes;
  • Participating in the development of intangible incentives for employees;
  • Organizing the process of internal and external training of employees;
  • Carrying out activities related to the formation and development of the company’s talent pool;
  • Conducting employee engagement and satisfaction surveys;
  • Participating in the development of the HR brand;
  • Gathering and analysing data with useful HR metrics (HR management);
  • Budget for personnel costs;
  • Developing norms and regulations in the field of HR management;
  • Advising managers on HR issues

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Command of Polish, Russian (both oral and written), conversational English;
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist;
  • Managing a small team;
  • Maintaining a positive working environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • MS Office skills;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Analytical skills and proactive attitude
