HR and payroll specialist

Your responsibilities:
• Admission, transfer, dismissal of employees;
• Employment process (collection of necessary documents, control of medical examinations, health and safety);
• Processing of documents relating to the transfer, dismissal, leave of employees;
• Monitoring contracts for a period of time, including a trial period, their timely renewal;
• Generate and check Working Time cards including leave and sick leave;
• Keeping personal files of employees;
• Settlement of salaries and benefits and preparation of payroll for employees and contractors;
• Checking documents for the legality of employment of foreigners;
• Preparation of PIT, PFRON, ZUS, PPK declarations;
• Support of the personnel and payroll system and the payer program;
• Preparation of various types of reports and payroll reports;
• Cooperation with tax and insurance institutions;
• Preparation of certificates of employment and remuneration, ZUS RCA and others at the request of the employee

Our requirements:
• Preferred higher education or completed course;
• Experience in a similar position-min. 1 year;
• Practical knowledge of labour law, Social Security;
• Knowledge of the rules of employment of foreigners;
• Knowledge of the Optima payroll program;
• Knowledge of the payer program;
• Good knowledge of Polish (min. B1-B2);
• Preferred knowledge of the Russian language A2-B1.
