HR and Payroll Specialist
  1. Personnel records management
  • Launching corporate orders for the admission, transfer, relocation and dismissal of SPE employees.
  • Conducting the recruitment process (preparation of employment contracts, collection of necessary documents, arranging medical examination, safety briefing, assistance in filling out the necessary documents, arranging signing of documents by the employee and the organization).
  • Entering employee data in the Optima, updating them as needed, forming a personal file.
  • Registering new employees in the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
  • Arranging transfer, relocation, dismissal of employees.
  • Monitoring employment termination (including completion of the probationary period), organizing timely extension of labour relations.
  • Keeping records of working hours.
  • Keeping records of vacations.
  • Preparing employment certificates, removing employees from the ZUS register.
  • Filing personal paper files of employees, organizing the storage of fiscal documents of personnel records management.
  1. Legalization of stay and employment
  • Checking whether candidates’/employees’ documents allow their lawful stay in the Republic of Poland.
  • Checking whether candidates’/employees’ documents allow their lawful employment in the Republic of Poland. Ensuring that a work permit is obtained (if necessary).
  • Monitoring the terms of regularization of stay and employment of personnel in the Republic of Poland; notifying employees and their supervisor about the approaching expiration date of legal supporting documents.
  • Providing consulting assistance to employees in preparing documents for obtaining a residence permit.
  1. Payroll calculation
  • Calculating salaries in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Poland.
  • Calculating sick leave and benefits.
  • Calculating compensation in lieu of leave.
  • Calculating travel expenses.
  • Generating a payroll report.
  • Preparing settlement declarations and reports in ZUS, US, PFRON, GUS, RRK.
  • Maintaining the PUE platform.
  • Preparing salary statements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Polish and Russian (oral and written);
  • Experience in legalizing employees’ stay in Poland;
  • Experience in personnel management in Poland;
  • Effective time management in working environment
